簡介

國際與商業法學碩士課程(LLM International and Commercial Law) 旨在發展學生作有系統性的深入理解國際商業法領域，並對法律性相關的複雜議題作出分析和評估。

本課程著重於國際社會及相關法律框架的研習，同時對國際貿易及環球市場相關的法律議題加以探討。

學生在完成課程後將能對當前的法制環境，作出獨當一面的見解及評估，並能對複雜的法律條文作出精準的引述。

The LLM International and Commercial Law programme offered by University of Greenwich at HKMA is a bespoke programme, specially designed for individuals who is determined to make a positive impact in the corporate world. This programme is catered for individuals who aspires to achieve a greater purpose in life. It is open to those with both a law and non-law background, applicants with business experience as especially welcome. The LLM offers specialist modules in the areas of Banking and Finance Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, and International Trade Law. The programme always received very good feedback from graduates from this programme due to the knowledge acquired and the support that they have received from studying on this programme.

Programme Structure

本課程包含6個單元，當中5個面授科目及1個15,000字論文。課程可於1年完成。

課程在每年5月及9月設有入學點。Common Law Foundations, Research Methods in Law 以及 Corporate Law為必修科目。5月入學的學生會修讀Banking and Finance Law以及International Trade Law。而9月入學的學生會修讀Intellectual Property Law以及 Competition Law。

學員於論文單元將有指派的論文導師，為學員提供學術意見及監察進度。
