| Managing People and Talent (15 credits) |
This module presents core aspects of managing people, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, motivation and rewards, leadership and talent management strategies. This module aims at enabling you to be aware of effective HR practices and contribute to the HR department and overall organisational success. |
| Simulated Learning Project (15 credits) |
This module is to enable you to apply theoretical concepts in the context of a simulated international company that is facing traditional business challenges alongside those posed by the Sustainable Development Goals. The module seeks to foster leadership and team management skills along with intellectual dilemmas and challenges presented by the context of the learning simulation. |
| Strategic Management and Board Communication (15 credits) |
This module aims to develop you to make, communicate, and implement effective decisions that address both the current and future needs of your organisations. In today’s fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain business environment, this module highlights the critical importance of responsible and adaptable leadership in creating sustainable value for organizations and their stakeholders through the formulation of strategy, communicating it effectively to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring its effective execution. |
| Strategic Marketing and Sales (15 credits) |
This module provides you with an in-depth understanding of the strategic marketing process. This includes the identification, selection, and development of target markets, the design and implementation of effective marketing strategies, and the measurement and evaluation of marketing performance. The module also examines the role of marketing in driving business growth and success, as well as the impact of external factors such as industry trends, competitive forces, and technological advancements on marketing strategy. |
| Sustainable Business and Risk Management (15 credits) |
This module aims to equip you with the skills to build organisations that are able to navigate the global business environment, including geopolitical and climate risks, and develop the capabilities and resilience to be successful and sustainable. |
