简介

国际与商业法学硕士课程(LLM International and Commercial Law) 旨在发展学生作有系统性的深入理解国际商业法领域，并对法律性相关的复杂议题作出分析和评估。

Programme Structure

本课程包含6个单元，当中5个面授科目及1个15,000字论文。课程可于1年完成。

课程在每年5月及9月设有入学点。Common Law Foundations, Research Methods in Law 以及 Corporate Law为必修科目。5月入学的学生会修读Banking and Finance Law以及International Trade Law。而9月入学的学生会修读Intellectual Property Law以及 Competition Law。

学员于论文单元将有指派的论文导师，为学员提供学术意见及监察进度。
