物流及供應鏈管理專業文憑課程 (10個月至1年) 可申請最高2科豁免，最後決定以香港管理專業協會為準。

入學申請和訂定相關的要求和程序由大學全權審批，如有更改，將不另行通知。

個別顧主可酌情決定是否承認這些課程可令學員獲取的任何資格。

本工餘兼讀進修課程，可於一年內修畢，包括七個單元學科。在成功修畢課程後，學員會獲頒上述文憑。

This course has been included in the List of Pre-approved Courses under the Maritime and Aviation Training Fund. Each successful applicant will be refunded 80% of their course fees, subject to a maximum amount of HK$30,000, for the completed pre-approved courses.

To be eligible for reimbursement under the Scheme, the applicant must:

1. be a Hong Kong resident and lawfully employable in Hong Kong;
2. be in full-time employment in the logistics sector with an organization/company in Hong Kong at the time of application; &
3. successfully complete the course and not have been granted other forms of subsidy.

Application should be sent directly to the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), the Secretariat of the Scheme. Applicants must complete and submit the application form together with copies of the required supporting documents to ptsgls_sec@hkpc.org within 4 months after course completion.

Applicants must fulfil the requirements of Scheme. The PTSGLS Secretariat reserves the right to final decision.
