Introduction
Established in 1960, The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) advances management excellence and nurtures human capital in Hong Kong and the Region, through the provision of world-class management education and training programmes, as well as diverse management-related activities and events, such as business award competitions, business conferences, forums and seminars.
HKMA is proud to announce Talent Development Fund 2023/2024 (the Fund) to support business executives who wish to pursue new knowledge and upgrade themselves. The Fund provides financial support for studies in various managementrelated subjects, leading to degrees from world-renowned universities or diplomas from HKMA.
Programmes
Applicants may choose any one of the following HKMA programmes with the specified intake:

It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognize any qualification to which these courses may lead.

Remarks
Application (intake, requirements, procedures)* and admission decisions are the sole authority and discretion of respective universities. *Subject to change without notice.
Applications will be assessed on a competitive basis.
Eligibility
All applicants should satisfy the following criteria:
- Hong Kong resident
- Non-degree or undergraduate degree holder
- Monthly salary of HK$40,000 or below
In addition, as applicable, applicants should meet the criteria of their chosen university or programme.
Criteria
Applicants are required to submit a write-up (200 – 400 words) or video (1 – 2 minutes), in English or Chinese, on one of the following topics:
